At Phethisa Investments, Mr Mpembe “Professional Project Manager” is the driving force behind successful project execution with 20 years of experience in civil engineering projects ranging from roads and earthworks to civil and infrastructure works, harbours and mining civils. Mr Mpembe has developed a deep understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and leadership in the field. He holds a B Tech degree in Civil Engineering, an Advanced Diploma in Organisational Leadership, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Leadership. Additionally, he is a registered Professional Construction Manager with SACPCMP (C/1574/2020) and a Project Management Professional with PMI. These qualifications, combined with hands-on experience, have enabled him to successfully manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to high-quality standards.
